Such friendly staff! I visited here a year ago to purchase an engagement ring and was so happy with the service that me and my Fiancée went back and bought our wedding rings from here. Once again, the service we received was second to none. I'm not sure just how many items of Jewellery I will purchase in my lifetime, but I'll be making sure that Bradleys of York will be my first stop each and every time!

Bradleys organised the service and repair of a Rolex watch with a Rolex accredited watchsmith that wasn’t keeping time. The watch is now perfect and at a fraction of cost of going directly to Rolex. A Professional and friendly team. Thank you

Visited North Allerton High Street shop today. Staff were totally accommodating, my husband was looking at watches. I was offered a prosecco, as though I could say no. I ended up being treated to a lovely necklace too. So friendly and helpful, we will certainly return. 10 out of 10.

Great customer service! I purchased a lovely gold teapot charm from Cavendish last year, and was impressed by the size of the store and the amazing selection of vintage and antique jewellery. When we returned to York this summer I knew visiting the store again was a must. I bought a beautiful necklace but unfortunately one of the small diamonds fell out that same evening, so I brought it back the next day to see if they could repair it. Not only did they repair it free of charge, they also went out of their way to get it back to me while I was still in the UK (we were just visiting from Germany for a 3 week roadtrip) and ended up sending it to our hotel in Edinburgh. Thank you! :) Will definitely be a returning customer next time we visit York!

Fantastic service, Julie was extremely helpful, honest, professional and patient. We were able to choose a new engagement ring along with two wedding bands when we visited today from Liverpool. I have had wonderful experiences with Cavendish Jeweller, both online & instore. My partner and I purchased our engagement ring from the Cavendish jeweller store and it was a great stress free experience. The staff really gave us the time and space to choose what we liked, and offered advice and help when we needed it! I purchased on line recently and had the same experience when I rang up to make payment. I received emails from staff members afterwards to keep me updated with the purchase. Really lovely experience & the ring arrived the next day! Would highly reccomend.
