T-TECH computers have been a massive help to me. My laptop unfortunately broke a week before my final deadline for university. They were able to transfer all my data in time and were so considerate of my urgency. They were able to guide me and consistently inform me about the progress of the data transference. They were so easy to talk to, especially when explaining the different options of repair while considering my finances being a uni student. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for any other technological repairs!! They deserve more than five stars!!

The kind of great small business experience that is just so refreshing, instead of call centres, press one press two and palm you off. Friendly, personal service. Honest and straight up. Dealt with my laptop exactly how they said they would and in the end, went above and beyond to try to help. Highly recommend giving Tim and the team a go.

Tim did a great job repairing my Macbook even though I had no idea what was wrong with it. It was ready to collect the next day and is now working really well. Great service would recommend to anyone needing tech support / repair.

I started a high end gaming PC build, but when I thought I had completed everything, I went to turn it on and a bunch of stuff just wasn’t working, one of the main things being all the Lian Li LCD fans I had installed. I consulted forums and various websites for solutions, but no amount of tinkering worked. So, I decided on seeking professional help. I reached out to Steve and Marcel, the IT Guys, I was able to drop my PC off quickly and within a short timeframe, they were able to have everything fixed, they kept me informed with the process and even helped out with optimising the system, so my build is better than I could have ever done. I highly recommend them.

Dropped my hdd whixh then couldnt display files. I contacted Steve who was able to offer me excellent advice in how to proceed with no pressure attached. After .uch onvestigation on his behalf he was able to resolve my problems and all files have now been rescued. Excellent aervice and communication. His patience was much appreciated

Steve was amazing an really helpful! He went above and beyond my expectations and managed to build me a great gaming PC! I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of guidance or anyone who needs a custom build!

They even handle parcel and postage of your laptop both ways in the same price quote, how cool is that. My macbook screen was broken and all it took was 2 days for them to repair and post it back. They also provide 1 year guarantee for the replacement, Apple gives only 90 days. Thank you team BITS, you are amazing.

I’ll recommend anyone to these guys from now on. I took my MacBook Pro with a damaged screen to get repaired the same day I got the quote and it was done the day after, fast repair fast response very professional and even got pack of chocolates when I collected. Lovely company. Highly recommend!
