Graham and Nick are second to none. Firstly when I got through to Graham (having tried a few others before that) he got right on it, saying he'd be with me in c 1.5 hours having ascertained the type of locks I needed. They were empathetic, warm and highly professional - you can see how their years of experience stand to them, they know exactly what they're doing including sorting any problems with previous lockfitting on the door. Joel kindly came and helped us very quickly when we had lost a key to our tow hitch on our horse trailer!
