I have been working at Queensmount for 9 years as carer and now senior activities coordinator and I love working here. To be part of such a fantastic team makes going to work enjoyable. Being around our lovely residents is a honour and a pleasure, making their lives filled with fun and laughter everyday. We truly are Queensmount family.

As a a registered healthcare professional working in Social Care I am aware of what outstanding, person centred care looks like. My relative has consistently received this from the incredible team at Queensmount since becoming a resident over a year ago. All staff, regardless of role, are friendly and compassionate and take pride in what they do. They are exceptionally kind and supportive to us as a family, particularly if a visit doesn’t go as we had hoped. Any concerns or worries are listened to, taken seriously and dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Queensmount both as a professional and as a relative.

I can't praise Queensmount enough. My husband received excellent care from day one. The staff are all so friendly & helpful, not only to the residents, but to family members too. My husband had always been anti care homes but he was happy, well cared for & definitely a convert!

I'm a care assistant at Great Oaks for the last 5 years, it's a lovely place to work, very clean, lovely staff and the new management are very good. The most important thing is us staff care about are lovely residents and do everything we can to make sure they are happy and safe.

Beautiful and spacious environment, lovely garden to explore and walk around. Lots of intimate and shared lounge spaces. Friendly and caring staff. Would recommend.

I have worked at Great Oaks for more than a year now and I am very content working there, staff are lovely, the management is great and it has a very friendly atmospher. I enjoy seeing the smile on the residents faces everyday and I love looking after them.
