Top notch service! I can't rave about it enough... I wish there was an extra star or 2 to add to the 5-star! It's a family run business with friendly staff! We explained our situation, we were in a rush as we were here for a couple of days in need of a quick turnaround service, the gentleman accommodated us & went out of his way to meet our needs. It's definitely a great value, the facility is very clean and well maintained! The laundry bag was a bonus!!!

Popped in to ask about getting my dress steamed/pressed for a special family event. The guy who served me was brilliant, with a real can do attitude, he was so helpful. He steamed my dress right away, while I waited. I am extremely happy with the result, the service and the price. Fantastic place, would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Bournemouth, and wanted to make sure my clothes were clean and fresh after two weeks in England. I was so pleased to find a laundrette that was not only so well-organized, but also friendly and helpful. I was quickly attended to, and the staff helped me washing my clothes for me. The pricing was very affordable and the facilities were clean and inviting. My clothing was washed and dried quickly and the smell was delightful. I am so grateful to have found this laundrette, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bournemouth. Pay attention to the the timing for the washing service is on MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY from 9 to 13.00 I didn’t knew that and went there on Thursday first and then came back on Friday.

The ladies are so lovely here. The place is clean and easy to navigate. You can wash on your own or have your clothes serviced.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities. Good dryers and washers. Therefore: everything fine.

I've used this Company/service for 25 years. They have altered clothing dry cleaned, shortened curtains, cleaned curtains etc. Today I took a new wool coat in, which was severely creased as it arrived via Amazon creased, in a bag. The lovely blonde lady steamed the coat while I waited (10 minutes) and she didn't accept my request to pay. Brilliant service. These guys go above and beyond. Local service and always friendly. Thank you guys for my steam today and all you have done for my business/personal items. You are all 5*
