Ash spent ages trying to recover personal data / media files from my computer that wasn't functioning properly, he got it up and running in no time. He also managed to recover data from my other hard drive that had mechanical damage to it. He's been very helpful with some unexpected issues we've come across during the process. He's very knowledgeable and experienced - I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again regarding any issues I might come across in the future and highly recommend him to anyone with any computer issues.

I had amazing experiences with Ash today, welcoming and friendly. Ash sorted my problem within 2 hours, unbelievable and provided more information that will help to maintain my device safety. Amazing service that I recommend, all sorted and greatful.

PC was running slow and some RGB on the case would not turn on, contacted Softland and they repaired it in a very short amount of time. Also, the customer service provided by Ash is very friendly and informative. Many thanks for your service.

Mick and his team were great start to finish. Had a CPU change (supply and fitted) and Mick kept me up to date every step of the way. His prices are very good, and the PC was returned completely clean. My BIOS had a few issues and other issues which again, Mick kept me informed and sorted (sorry for the issues with my case Mick also!) The PC runs perfect, and any futureproofing upgrades were explained to me clearly. Also they worked over the weekend to get this done which again is really appreciated! Mick's personal service and communication is 10/10. Very nice chap and very knowledgeable and his engineer. So glad I found Mick and his team, I will be back soon! Thanks again!

I took my 8yo laptop to mike with little hope of it being possible to repair, within 2 days he got back to me and got it working like new! I had a little issue with it at 9pm on a sunday and even at that ungodly hour he seen me and fixed my issue straight away. What a guy. Can't praise him enough!

I have known Mick for a few years now and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone that has problems with their p.c. He has just updated and serviced mine and good to know it's nice and secure and running smooth for another 12 months.

Highly recommend, the only pace I would go in the area with my technical issues. No unnecessary inspection fees and with my urgent problem it was dealt immediately. I was told I needed to pay around 150 for just looking into my laptop and possibly fixing it at different place and here it was less than 50. Different places would take advantage of the desperate situation but here I really felt it was about fixing the problem. Thank you!

Ash is a friendly, approachable, knowledgeable guy who replaced the charger socket on my laptop within a day. He also went the extra mile and identified my charger as not functioning as it should. 5 stars. Would recommend. Won't hesitate in using again if the need arises.
