I recently used the services at Access Storage in Coventry, and I have to say the experience was top-notch, thanks largely to Manish, one of the staff members there. From the moment I walked in, Manish was welcoming and professional. He patiently explained all the storage options available and helped me find the perfect unit that suited my needs. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer each one thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed before making a decision. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings would be safe. But what really stood out was the level of customer service. Thank you, Access Storage team.

I had a great time interacting with Steve. He made me feel comfortable and he assisted me to move into the storage unit , even without having a plan. The service here is very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to students who want to keep their things in storage.

The facility is clean and accessible, the staff gave excellent service and were very helpful. I’d definitely recommend.

Rashida called me to deal with an online enquiry but it was at a time which wasn’t convenient for me which sadly resulted in me having a poor attitude towards her over the phone. Despite this Rashida personally ensured she called and emailed me with all the relevant information and was so patient and calm in dealing with me. Any issue or query I have had since setting up the unit has been dealt with so calm and professionally with really positive results. I can’t thank Rashida enough for her help.

Thanks very much to everyone who helped us move items into storage. We’ve never used storage before and we’re very impressed with the security, cleanliness, professionalism and helpfulness, particularly the reception staff. Right from the first phone call enquiring about storage, to locking the storage room door the company have kept us up to date with phone calls and emails, helping us every step of the way. Highly recommend Boss Storage Best place for storage. It’s absolutely spotless, totally secure and great value. I used to go alone to my lock up alone and felt totally safe at all times. I used it to store my furniture between a home move and was super impressed with the set up and service. I was offered a range of sizes of units to choose from. Amy and Ben were great too .

I would definitely recommend BOSS storage, without hesitation. Fantastic customer service and it is all very clean, safe and secure. It is very well run and access is so straightforward. Ben was always very helpful and always responded quickly to any queries. A great family business.

Arrived to view today! Even though all sign up appointments fully booked Ben the owner was amazing, made space for me to complete the necessary forms and had me signed up in a flash! The place is very safe and secure with various security stages throughout! Great funky business, extremely efficient and well run & very secure. Extremely recommend ????
