Technician arrived on time, he was professional, explained the process to us and showed us how the system operates and answered all questions we had. The installation was completed neatly and damage-free. Prior to arranging the service, communication was responsive and clear, both via phone and email, with our (householders) questions answered satisfactorily. I am 100% satisfied with the service and would recommend their service to anyone looking to install home CCTV system.

I recently acquired a 4-camera CCTV system. Initially, I had contemplated doing the installation myself, but after some thought, I realized it was best to bring in a professional team. First contact I spoke with Rob in the Customer Service team, who was incredibly helpful and informative. We went ahead and scheduled my installation. Regular updates. After booking the initial installation, Prime reached out to me again to confirm the quote by email. I thought that approach was on point. I'm always concerned about engineers or builders turning up with a higher quote, so it was nice to see this in writing. Once more, Prime checked in with me the day before the installation (those of us with very busy schedules should appreciate this!). I thought this was a nice touch because normally, I am the one contacting companies to confirm dates. Day of Installation. Henrique turned up looking very smart and professional, sporting the company's branding on his uniform and company van. He quickly assessed that some of my chosen camera placements might result in blind spots. Overall, I was very impressed with his level of technical knowledge and his cabling skills, which certainly surpass my own. Price / Value This was my third quote and the second engineer on-site. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with the previous attempts. Of the three quotes I received, I can confidently say that Prime not only offered a competitive price but also provided outstanding value for the service they delivered. Final thoughts In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Installations for CCTV installation services in Manchester.
