I cannot recommend Jon highly enough - I left my faulty laptop with him on a Friday afternoon and he brought it round to my home in great working order the very next day. Jon gave me a great price for the repair, and offered me plenty of useful advice. He is polite, kind, honest, patient, and very, very good at his work. He custom builds systems too, and has been doing so for years, so he really knows what he is doing. I will not hesitate to contact Jon if I ever have any other computer repairs in the future.

My partner was having a lot of trouble with setting up his new PC, and after 12 hours I emailed Jon at about 1am for help! Within 12 hours of sending that email, Jon was at our house and fixing the issue with the PC. He found the problem and quickly fixed it, and then charged an incredibly reasonable price for his services. Also just a lovely man and clearly passionate about what he does. Thank you Jon!

What a great man. Took my v old computer to him. He kept it overnight and correctly assessed the problems. Very honest. His assessment led me to decide not to proceed. He would not take any payment and gave me good advice. Thoroughly recommend this man and thank you - Paula Newton-Appleby.

Went here to get my laptop repaired after Curry's PC World couldn't do it. Very good repair and full service of the laptop was done too; it's back in full working order and it's cleaner. I'm writing this review from the laptop. Good customer service, very friendly, fair price. Very good communication the whole time, kept me updated.

The man in the shop was lovely; very friendly. When I went to get similar repairs done it took weeks somewhere else, but I was able to bring my laptop in here and get it fixed on the same day, for a very reasonable price considering the extent of the repairs. Very pleased with the service and would go again.

Dropped my laptop in on Wednesday afternoon with no power at all. Within 48 hours fixed, very good communication keeping me updated! Would highly recommend very friendly and informative customer service!!!
