I kept storage here on a pallet for the best part of 8 weeks (they paid me back for the time I didn't end up using). The service for both dropping off and collecting was excellent and really quick - the staff are lovely. My stuff was kept safely and was easy to retrieve (I turned up on the day I wanted to collect and it was out in 5 minutes). All in all, I would definitely recommend this facility.

The service from the York site is second to none. Not only are they helpful and friendly, but also are willing to assist in the process of getting your belongings safely stored away.

A absolutely fantastic service provided by Safestore on York Road I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks you.

We needed emergency storage and I couldn’t properly negotiate the website ( I’m a total technophobe) so we rang them. They were so helpful, helped negotiate the booking process and we had the keys for the unit in no time. All the staff are polite cheerful and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them when you need storage fast.

Sarah and Jenna were both very helpful making all parts of the process from booking, explaining how things work, and closing the storage smooth and seamless. Altogether it took a lot of stress out of the house move. Thanks both.

Always very helpful with queries, by email or telephone (as well as in person). The storage unit was in good condition and clean when I took the lease. Time has now arrived to vacate and that process has been easy and problem free too. Will definitely use the Storage Team units again in the future.

I recently used Leeds the store room , what a fantastic self storage location and place to store all your household items, I used the storage unit for 9 months in total . Throughout that time I visited my lockup , the staff were always friendly, polite and helpful, the customer services were excellent, I’d 100% recommend Leeds the Store Room .

This was the best and very convenient experience we had here. We felt safe while keeping our stuff and the staff is also very kind and helpful. I would definitely suggest to consider this place to store your stuff. The storage rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Excellent service throughout my time at the store room. Clear information provided for what I could and couldn't store. Would recommend to anyone looking to store personal or business whether it is long or short term
