From the moment I reached out to them, they responded quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly and proactive approach—far exceeding the response I received from other companies I contacted. The quote they provided was very fair, and they immediately put me at ease, offering reassurance and confidence even before the service began. On the day of the move, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous. Their team handled everything with great care, from laying down carpet protectors to carefully securing my furniture. What really impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile—not only did they move all my belongings to my new home, but they also took additional items to storage, exactly as agreed upon in the original quote. I couldn't recommend White Rose Removals highly enough. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They were truly brilliant, and I fully endorse their services.

White Rose Removals helped my parents move house with a large pack and move across country. Service was excellent. The guys doing the move were super friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. They were really careful with our belongings and were really good communicators. They were happy to work around my parents needs and were thoughful about how to manage the pack up while we were still living in the house. Absolutely fantastic. Firstly because the communication by email and phone was excellent. The team turn up when they say they will and Hannah let me know when there was a slight delay. Secondly because they did a job at super short notice. Thirdly, because they offered to move a new mattress upstairs for me for free because I am disabled and live nearby. I did not expect such consideration from a company. It's lovely that some people still care about their community. I've not had a big house move done, but would recommend White Rose because if they care about the small things, then I'm confident they'd do a great job of something bigger.

Very very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Michael was very responsive and communicative. We were particularly happy with the movers themselves, who were extremely fast and careful, while also being personable and friendly. Their efficiency and friendliness really made a big difference and took a lot of the stress out of our moving day.

Great service from AIM. Michael was fab with communication from start to finish. Our solicitors took a while to get everything in order and Michael was very patient and understanding with our situation informing us of his availability regularly. On moving day all members of the crew were professional, quick and caring with our belongings. Would use again!

Michael and his team did a great job moving me out of my central Leeds flat to the suburbs. Very considerate of items and van is full of straps and blankets to securely transport anything you need. Would recommend going with this instead of dealing with the hassle of doing it yourself.

I was moving out of Leeds to Huddersfield and couldn’t find a friend to drive my things home so had to look for a professional. I was quite stressed about this as I had no experience in what to look for when choosing a company for this service. But as soon as Edward arrived my mind was put completely at ease. He gave me an hour window in which he would arrive as he had other deliveries that morning and he came within that window. He was helpful with loading and unloading bags and boxes and treated everything with care. He is a safe driver and I felt completely as ease from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Greenbox removals, Dan and Mal did a brilliant job from start to finish with our home move. They took real care with all of our furniture and were so speedy and efficient with everything, really took a lot of pressure off us and we can’t thank them enough.
