I’ve been attending the clinic for a while and the lovely Amber carried out my first Hydrafacial treatment. The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. Amber explained the treatment and was happy to answer any questions before she starts the treatment. The skin on my face is so soft and feels so clean. I was so relaxed throughout my treatment that it helped to calm down my migraine. The treatment is over an hour long, and because I enjoyed it that much, I’ve booked another Hydrafacial in 5 weeks’ time. I’m already looking forward to my next Hydrafacial. I’ve been attending the clinic for a while for fractional laser treatment and I’m always made to feel welcome, always treated with respect and the staff are very professional. I trust the staff and take on board any advice offered. They truly are wonderful.

Nurse was very friendly and put me at ease during treatment. Everything had been previously explained to me at my initial consultation so I knew what to expect. Both treatments consisted of marking the areas for treatment. Facial treatment felt like small pin pricks, very bearable as I was advised when it started and finished to the various areas. Same for the other laser, which felt like a sharp heat gun applied to skin, again nothing too fierce. No pain no gain as they say but it was all fine. Skin responded how expected so over next two weeks patches of psoriasis should hopefully fade as will the red Campbell De Morgan lesions too! Fingers crossed! Very professional service and very relaxed atmosphere, booked in for another session in 4 weeks time. Very happy, looking forward to my skin reacting positively and the psoriasis patches and Red spots disappearing over time.

Liz was very thorough and made me feel very relaxed. She fully explained how the treatment would feel and how it would look immediately after treatment.
