My husband went for his eye test today. Everything good. Although my eye test not due I explained to the assistant that my glasses frames felt heavy. She asked to see them and said they needed adjusting. She then promptly took them away and came back with the adjusted glasses. It's like having 2 new pairs. I did Not have an appointment nor did my glasses come from that particular specsavers. All the staff we dealt with but special mention to Heather who's customer service skills were brilliant. Thankyou, we'll be back.

Excellent service felt well looked after and well informed. Have used this branch for years, they helped diagnose my Glaucoma and now hopefully saved my sight. Would heartily recommend.

The level of service and product knowledge was very good, and I am very happy with my new glasses.

Very pleasant experience. Very pleasant and efficient young woman dealt with my order. Very knowledgeable gentleman opthalmist tested my eyes, properly, not with that inaccurate machine. Every time I've had my near sight test done on the machine the prescription has been wrong and I've ended up coming back, which is extremely difficult for health reasons, last year was a right fiasco. Good to get someone with some experience this time.

So straight forward, from start to finish, very friendly staff, I needed an upgrade in my glasses, so chose them with the help from an experienced team member, gave me options and explained in depth. Absolutely loving the new design of the store.

Really the vision express is exactly good but my Idea if it made glass for long life about ten years if possible how I don't know lam not the position of a optician anyway thank you very much.

Had visited the GP who referred me to the emergency eye clinic at royal stoke for removal of a foreign body to the eye. Unfortunately we were unable to get through but found the Specs Place online and they managed to get me in on the same day for removal of the foreign object. Great care, great friendly and competent staff. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this opticians for 40+years. The opthalmologists and staff are wonderful. They are very patient and kind and are not pushy to sell you anything you aren't happy with. I won't go anywhere else for my glasses.

Was seen the same day when I had a problem with my right eye. Thorough examination was carried out and the problem was identified and advice given. Brilliant.
