I just wanted to say a huge thank you for giving me my life back, as I am only in my early fifties I was a little embaressed about my poor hearing & for years have just struggled on trying to get by. My situation was getting worse to the point that I would avoid people on dog walks as I couldn't hear a word they were saying. I was recommended by a friend to come to you & it's the best thing I have ever done. From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel very comfortable & the professional service I received was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The before & after care is faultless & the product is outstanding & very discreet. In the morning I roll out of bed& the first thing I do is put my hearing aids in so thatI can come downstairs, make the tea & hear the news without having the TV on so loud it wakes everyone up. I call my hearing aids my world because when I put them in I can't help saying "Hello World". The downside to my new hearing aids is that I can hear my husband slurp his tea, I may need a new husband !!!. Seriously thank you so much.

Came here a week and a half ago to have my ears cleaned. A couple days after having them done my ears were still ringing and feeling full so I booked an appointment with my GP a few days later for him to say that my ears are still completely blocked and my left ear looks infected, not impressed after I paid £60 to have the supposedly cleaned and removed of most of the wax. Staff seemed nice and helpful on reception and upon entering the building but I wont be returning, feels like I have wasted my money.

Visited here to assist my mum today with her first hearing aid fitting. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Their approach to the job and my mum made this a stress free and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

I recently visited for the ear wax removal service. Excellent service I just wish I hadn't of waited and suffered for 12 months. The lady that treated me did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable and at ease and most of all the procedure worked and I only had to have one appointment. I would highly recommend this service.
