What a wonderful experience!! *5 STARS* From my initial phone call with Denise, who was extremely polite and helpful, taking the time to go through various options with me over the phone, to my appointment with Angela who made me feel so welcome on my first visit and was very gentle but effective with my treatment. I’ve already booked my second appointment and will definitely be using these ladies going forward on a regular basis to maintain my now soft and smooth feet. Thank you Heels & Toes.

I've been treated by Cathy today for a callus on both feet and the service was amazing, I don't like my feet touching but barely noticed anything and was educated to the reason these have formed on my feet. Would fully recommend using Heels and Toes, everyone was so friendly and would not hesitate to use again in the future if I needed to Many Thanks.

I was lucky to get a cancellation appointment with Marion toddy who was very friendly and welcoming and sorted out the issues with my foot. Everyone at the clinic was very warm and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I need too.

Would highly recommend these guys. I went in to have an ingrown toenail sorted, and was made to feel comfortable from the very start of my first consultation. Extremely professional and knowledgable throughout my first visit, my nail surgery, and my after care appointments. If you’re in Stoke on Trent and have any issues with toes/feet, look no further than this place, Priya and her team are wonderful.

Priya and her team are absolutely amazing. My toe has healed perfectly from the surgery i had here and i have had no issues or pain since having the procedure done with that foot since. They're such a friendly and comfortable practice! I had a few worries that i emailed Priya about and she was so quick at replying each time and putting my mind at ease. I highly highly recommend Foot Centric!!

Had double toe nail surgery here and have no regrets at all, would definitely recommend to anyone who's considering to have something similar done. Thanks Priya and the rest of the team for all of your help and reassurance throughout!

Had an ingrowing toenail on both big toes had all the stories about it absolutely kills having them removed. Saw joanna who reassured me that she's been doing this for years and it wouldn't hurt. And I sat in that chair thinking this is going to make me cry but I'll tell you it only hurts for a few minutes then instant comfort. Top service well worth the money. Thank you very much well deserved 5*.

I've just been seen for an ingrown toenail and I cannot fault the service I received, Rachael was wonderful, saw me so quickly and was incredibly gentle. I was really worried that any treatment would be painful but I was so surprised how pain free it was! Came away with no pain any more and the relief is unbelievable. Again fantastic service and would recommend to anyone.

I don't normally like my feet being touched, but been here twice now. Very pleasant staff and my feet feel amazing afterwards. Well worth the money.
