Handy local post office with plentiful and attentive staff on site who are always willing to help out whenever possible.

Friendly staff, and quick service. Yes the opening times COULD be more accessible, but at the end of the day it is a working delivery office, not a parcel shop, and I feel like they've done a pretty good job trying to spread the opening times in the week. Often working long hours away from Sheffield, there's nearly always at least one slot a week I can visit in, and if I really can't, there's always local collect. I just wish it was possible to divert a parcel to a local post office on advance!

Great little office. Have had to pick up letters and parcels several times that weren't able to be delivered. Found that they had a facility that allows for permanent redirection to a designated safe neighbour. Just needed to fill in a card and hand it in, for peace of mind for letters and parcels it was spot on. Because I'd been the one to fill in the redirection authorisation personally it was all legal and above board, and meant that the postie wasn't "tampering with the queen's mail". Great service all round

I used the collect, pack and send service for delicate items. The service was prompt, friendly and efficient. The packing was excellent and I was given a wide range of delivery options with advice on insurance. I have used lots of MBE branches and this one maintains the high standard of the others. Highly recommended.

Staff in this shop are always extremely helpful and clear in advising the best option for my needs when sending important documents overseas. I always use this shop.
