The service they provide is exemplary from start to finish organising everything for us with compassion, professionalism, patience and respectfulness, going above and beyond our expectations. We have received numerous compliments from family, friends and onlookers with regards to the service provided and would highly recommend this company. Once again many thanks to you all.

I'd just like to thank Jamie & his team for everything they did for us as a family after my Nanan passed away. The compassion showed from everyone we met and the level of care was just exceptional. My mum passed away in a nursing home and the first thing I was asked upon arrival to see her was "who is your funeral director" I didn't have a clue and spent the next 10 mins sat next to mum, in a blind panic, googling funeral directors in the area. Fair cost had the highest score so I went with them. It turned out to be a good recommendation as I phoned them and after a very quick conversation, they took care of everything. They were professional and helpful at all times and dealt with absolutely everything from the cremation down to flowers, printing orders of service and putting a notification in our local paper. They really made a difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend.

Kelly and her team did an amazing job with my late fathers funeral. She made sure to attend to everything that we requested, and made the day a memorable, and special one. Very friendly and professional, I would recommend fair cost funerals to anyone. Thank you all so much.

We met with Kelly, following my sister’s passing and she was so warm and friendly, still very professional. We felt she really listened to what we were wanting for the funeral. Everything went smoothly on the day and my sister’s ashes were ready to collect within a week. Kelly made this extremely sad situation so much easier to deal with. Our Rob was such a special person and the celebant was so kind and thoughtful and all the mourners thought he knew our Rob by the way he spoke about him he certainly made the service a celebration of our Robs life so many thanks to you and all your team you made a very sad occasion into a happy one.

What a Great service Michael and his team gave us he is so professional in everything from start to finish he gives 100% in making the day a special one i would recommend Michael Fogg to anyone he is so sympathetic he makes you at ease while going through a bad time not only on the day but after he will make sure that you and your family are ok no other funeral directors do this he will go out of his way to get extra things like for us he got Eddie Storbart to send a collectors truck to put on the coffin also managed to get a truck named after our friend that had passed has she was Eddie Storbart mad we all thank you for everything that you have done for the day and afterwards Michael Fogg is your man
