I was really happy with my first visit to Malpas Road. First impressions were great! Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Just great. I even got a phone call to warn me not to rush because an emergency patient might delay my appointment by a few minutes. The dentist and nurse were also welcoming and friendly. Really put me at ease. Also, appreciated that the dentist did not apply any pressure to accept very expensive treatment.

Lakshmi Bai Sutrave is an excellent Dentist, I have had quite bad gum disease and she has carried out procedures which have improved the gums. She always clearly explains what needs to be done and costs involved and answers any questions. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing experience at Malpas dental care. The staff were all top notch, very professional and an efficiently run practice.

Just finished my treatment at ISCA I am so pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Dr Justin Roberts is professional, takes immense pride in his work and offers top class customer service. All the staff at the practice are polite and attentive and I have had an excellent experience with them including a beautiful new set of natural looking teeth.

Great experience today. Alisha, the dentist, is thoroughly professional, welcoming, friendly and involves you closely in the consultation . The hygienist, Anita, is a real star who does a first-rate job gently. She explains everything clearly and strikes an amazing rapport with patients which always lifts my spirits.

I was made to feel comfortable and was reassured by the dentist and the dental nurse while having my tooth taken out. All the staff are friendly and have and continue to provide excellent customer service.

I had dental implants over 10 years ago with a company in Cardiff. Ive recently become a patient at Cox and Hitchcock, as I have gum disease which was impacting my implants. I had my first appointment with Vinny, he asked lots of questions around, poor sleep, morning headaches, neck ache - didnt really think much about my teeth causing these issues. Over a few appointments Vinny magically performed a realignment. This has improved my sleep, I no longer suffer with morning headaches or neck ache. I also had deep cleans and laser treatment with Gabby which has made a huge improvement to the gum disease. Amazing results, really proffesional but also personal. I have a fear of dentists, they put me at ease and explained the treatment step by step.

Amazing staff and amazing composite bonding process! Changed my smile and grew my confidence in such a short procedure. Pricing was actually really good and you get 12 months guarantee on the new teeth, I did suffer a chip within a few weeks and had it fixed straight away free of charge. That tooth has been strong as ever since and the rest of the teeth are holding up lovely so far! Really would recommend getting a smile makeover with Josh.

I saw Vinnie due to pressure with my teeth and sensitivity due to clenching teeth. He removed two wisdom teeth and made minor adjustments to other teeth. I'm now pain free very pleased with the results. This all took just a few weeks .
