I just want to recognise everyone at Vets4Pets Newport. The reception staff are welcoming, warm and make a fuss of our dog and pup! I want to give a HUGE special mention to Cath, what an incredible vet. She is currently looking after our eldest boy, Laurel who is under investigation for an issue in his hip. Kath is not only a thorough vet but she has HUGE compassion and empathy for worried pet parents. We've never felt rushed or misunderstood. Her love for animals and her profession is very obvious. HUGE thank you Vet4Pets.

I have been with this practice for over 7 years firstly with my cat who was 7 at the time. I now have 2 other. It is a bit of a ourney for me 40-50 minutes. Although there are many vets closer, I would not go anywhere else. Their service and friendliness to me and my babies is second to none.

Quick appointment times, punctual time keeping and friendly staff. I especially like that they inform me of the cost with every single thing they do. So I don't have any nasty surprises at the end of my visit.

FIELDS VETS REVIEWS

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. John is a great vet, honest and straight to the point. My client had questions in regards to cooking food for their dog and together with John's help, I was able to explain the potential difficulties this would induce. A pet plan is also a useful tool. I'm sent texts as a reminder for the dog/pups next treatment and they have regular check-ups so I'm aware of their weight etc.

Absolutely brilliant when we took our new puppy in. They checked her over, we talked through the problems we were having, and they helped to get her back on the right path. Vet and staff were very friendly.

Every member of the staff is amazing. They love each special visitor as if they are they're own. It's always spotlessly clean and tidy with a comfortable atmosphere. Compassionate and caring for patients humans. I highly recommend this surgery for the safe care of your loved one.

We had the most pleasant vet trip to date, it was our first visit with two cats in tow which was hectic enough and Mozart is a very nervous and fidgety boy but the staff were lovely and helped so much with them. Emily and her apprentice were phenomenal there isn’t enough kind words in the dictionary to say about them both. Her apprentice (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was fantastic and going to make a great vet one day ! and we left with two happy (as can be) cats and two very happy owners! thanks so much guys.

5 months ago Can't fault this practice at all. Highly recommend. All the staff was brilliant and the care they provided for our staffie with her emergency operation was excellent. Can't thank them enough for the help they gave us, Without them our little girl wouldn't be here today. Thank you so much.

Registered our new cat and had her vaccinated and spayed. Well priced, lovely vet and reception staff and the pet health club is excellent. Very pleased so far.
