I would highly recommend Healthy muscles massage therapy. Edyta runs a highly professional & friendly service which has helped me enormously. I have suffered for years with tension in my neck & shoulders.Since embarking on a driving career the problem has only got worse, with repetitive strain adding to the discomfort. Edyta quickly recognised the therapy I needed and set out a course of treatment which has been and is extremely beneficial to my health & wellbeing. When she carries out the therapy Edyta explains which muscles she is targeting and why, which has helped me understand how the therapy is helping me. She also uses her extensive knowledge in anatomy to recommend gentle exercises which helps me on a day to day basis. In short I'm really happy that I discovered Edyta and Healthy Muscles therapy.

I decided to have a massage as I had a trapped nerve in my shoulder/arm. I wasn't sure if this would help at all but I have to say that the service Edyta provided was first class. The room had a very relaxed atmosphere and she was very professional, and explained everything to me throughout the entire time. She explained that I would probably need another session for it to be completely gone, which I wouldn't hesitate to re book. I would highly recommend Edyta for any massage therapy.

I found it to be a rewarding experience. I received a warm welcome followed by a careful enquiry into my physical problems. I was treated to a thorough,and careful massage, with advice on future exercise and activity. I was told that after a short period of stiffness my back would improve, and it has. I could not have had better service and treatment and will happily avail myself of the therapy in the future.

I chose this place based on the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Anyone who plays contact sports knows how punishing it can be. Since the rugby season started back I’ve been ‘going in for repairs’ every month. The deep tissue massage works best for me, it’s really helped with the aching muscles and soreness. I’m not very flexible and the light stretching has helped with that too. 5 stars.
