I choose to have my invisalign with Newport Orthodontic because they explained things so well and Mrs Brown and Claire the Manager were lovely. I would definitely recommend them.

Fran and her team have been really helpful and insightful in providing an assessment on my son's teeth. The fact that there is a team who cares enough to provide clear explanation on what treatment could be needed is brilliant. Good quality customer service is certainly at the heart of what they do.

Very professional and brilliant customer service. From start to finish we have had good communication and advise and my daughter loves her new smile. Thank you to all the team, especially Fran you have worked wonders.

I recently had braces on with Frances willner and I had them off in February this year. I am absolutely in love with my teeth now. I can’t thank her and all her team for the help they have given me.

Amazing staff and amazing service! I was greeted by the very friendly nursing staff at reception on arrival. I was then seen on time by the lovely dentist Emily who was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Emily was very clear about what needed to be done and quickly put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

As soon as you walk in the surgery it's amazing and all the staff are so friendly. I have had quite a bit of work done on my teeth including an extraction and Emily was amazing, she is very caring and reassuring which really helps ease the anxiety of a nervous patient like me, I am so pleased to have found this dental practice.

Treatment was thorough and as pain-free as possible. The atmosphere was relaxing and all my options were explained ro me clearly. All three people in the room seemed to work well as a team.
