She is a qualified Veterinary Nurse with many years of experience. She deals with emergencies calmly and appropriately, administers first aid with extensive knowledge, and gets the correct help immediately. She arranges a suitable time for your dog to be picked up in her fully caged and air-conditioned doggy vans. Once dropped off and cleaned up, she tops up any water bowls and is happy to feed any meals needed or administer medication.

Emma, visiting our cat and chickens at home twice a day, gives us complete reassurance. We can go away, knowing our elderly cat is happy in her own, familiar environment, and our chickens are safely tucked away in their hen house at night. She offers a very professional service. Emma has been visiting our two cocker spaniels, aged 12 and 3,for over a year now. She is great, very friendly and always tries to accommodate last minute changes to dates. Our dogs love her and I look forward to my daily message with photos of what they have been up to!

Emma feeds and spends time with our 2 skittish cats whenever we go on holiday, and she’s winning them over. Really reliable and excellent communication.

I am so pleased I found the Brampton Dog Walker. The Brampton Dog Walker is very professional, reliable and was flexible to my schedule and my dog's walk times. I am extremely happy to have found such a fabulous person that is amazing with dogs and pets in general. Louise went above and beyond when I found myself in a tight situations (i.e. working later that expected). My dog Fletcher completely adores Louise and gets so excited when Louise comes and picks him up. I would highly recommend The Brampton Dog Walker to anyone who is looking for a dog walker. Louise at The Brampton Dog Walker is exceptional! She’s friendly, fun and has absolute control and love of and for my precious pup! Well - he’s a 4yr old so no longer a pup! He loves meeting all the other dogs she walks and rushes to her van with excitement every time. I love how happy he is when he’s back, we’ll exercised and socialised and Louise’s updates are delightful. So glad I found her!

Our family had such an amazing experience. Our pets were well taken care. I’m so grateful and feel that we can now travel at ease because we’ve found Lou. Highly recommend!
