Recently I had a house survey made by Steve and I was impressed the way he conducts that, with professionalism and knowledge, great attention to details, checking every corner of the property inside and outside from the roof to floor. He provides me with a big file report from minor to major problems and even advises how to fix it. Highly recommended Steve Searle for any type of property survey also for his great customer service and for being ready to answer to any questions you may have before and after survey. Best surveyor I could choose !!! Thank you a lot, Steve and Liz !!!

Highly recommended. The service is seamless from the first contact to receipt of a very detailed report. You deal directly with the surveyor who has carried out the review and writes the report. Steve also took the time to call me after the survey to talk about the key findings and his suggested actions. The report itself was clear and thorough and was accompanied by additional photographs and commentary which added additional value. It is clear that they are experts, and offer a service that is without question superior to larger national organisations.

Extremely pleased with their work. Very thorough and detailed report with very clear explanation of any issues and work needed for repairs. Can't recommend them enough!
