Excellent service, prompt appointment available, confirmed by email and engineer contact on day with arrival time. We were delighted with the knowledge, helpfulness and friendly manner of our engineer, who treated our home with respect. This is not the first time we have had work done by Waterworx and will not be the last thank you.

Waterworx fitted a number of lights for me. They were very quick to quote for the job & scheduling it. The electrician who fitted the lights was friendly, polite and completed the job to a high standard. Very happy with the service & have no hesitation in recommending Waterworx.

Keith and Waterford were excellent. First time using them for a gas boiler service. Great communications, really professional and a reasonable cost vs other local firms. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Johnny was extremely responsive to my call for help with a leaky toilet. This unfortunately proved to be a far more complicated issue involving vermin in the pipework. He was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job in assisting with the issue, finally resulting in a new working toilet. Also an old pipe connected to the system needed replacing needless to say it was carried out very efficiently and at a fair price. Johnny goes above and beyond to help you and is always friendly and professional in his approach. Highly recommended

Called out on a Sunday due to an emergency electrical issue. Came to our aid within half an hour, instantly located the cause of the issue and was speedy and efficient with the repair. He explained everything thoroughly throughout and was fair with pricing. Will definitely use again.

Called JPT regarding a blocked toilet and the issue was resolved same day. Much faster and better priced than Dinorod had quoted me. Very much appreciated.

His team of electricians, tilers & plasterers were fantastic to work with all turning up on time & being respectful of keeping their work area tidy.
