Bought a house that was sold by Giggs and even though we didn't sell our house with Giggs, they were so lovely and helpful along the way. It was a very stressful move as it took more than a year due to a fallen chain, and we were in a humongous chain with a split chain. However, Nat kept us updated weekly and then daily when it was close to exchange. Thank you so much, Nat and all her colleagues, for making it happen in the end. We know who to go to next if we are selling again.

Natalia and the team were great dealing with the property we were purchasing. They seemed to be the only party in the transaction who understood our urgency around deadlines and swiftly progressing the transaction. They remained in contact throughout and queries were dealt with very quickly and with out fuss. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
