Same day delivery and installation, good prices and nice people Second to none service. I called enquiring about a reconditioned Bosch machine and had it delivered and installed and working in about an hour. Great reviews for this family business. I am happy to add to their deserved reputation. Nad and Mohammed were very friendly, professional and efficient. A++

Had a washing machine part that was very hard to get and issue to resolve came out and sorted it straight away couldn't recommend enough. A*

I am highly impressed with this wonderful company, I was let down and scammed by another washing machine repair man, it was 6pm and I was in a mess with a job interview set for tomorrow and no way to freshen up my interview clothing with a broken washing machine. Rapid Appliance Repair/Wakefield Appliance Centre came out to me by 8 pm all the way from Wakefield to Dewsbury and fixed my machine with new brushes so that it is now working like brand new. This is after the scammer said my machine needed a new motor. The scam repair man left my kitchen in a real mess but this guy from Rapid Appliance Repair/Wakefield Appliance Centre even asked me for a mop to clean the floor where the machine had leaked a tiny bit. This is service with the utmost of respect, really kind, considerate, friendly technician, nothing was too much trouble. He doesn't normally work evenings but he made an exception for me as I was in such a mess here. I am a pensioner who is having to go back to work to make ends meet and this wonderful guy has saved me from losing a job interview tomorrow. He is the very best there is in his field of work, you will NOT get better. I can recommend him very highly indeed and I will know who to call out in future. He is brilliant. Thank you so much to Rapid Appliance Repair/Wakefield Appliance Centre you have done me proud. No one will beat you, of that I am sure. 100% professionalism and fast service at an affordable and fair price too, it doesn't get any better. I rung David this morning to see if he could give me a price for installing a new integrated washing machine and a timescale. He was really reasonably priced and was able to come out in the afternoon to do the install. Unfortunately our kitchen installation hasn't been the best to allow room for both an integrated washing machine and dishwasher so close together but David managed to get the washing machine installed and working. After two weeks without a working machine at home his expertise was much appreciated. I would highly recommend David.

Great service. Dave came out quickly and fixed my dishwasher in no time. He also had to put up with my poor kitchen install to get the dishwasher out but expertly put it all back together. Keeping his number for any future white good issues!

Reasonable price. Very friendly and honest guy. Fixed integrated Bosch dishwasher quickly and kept to quote. Would use again for any appliance fixes I encounter.

Very Professional, great price and went out of his way to order a new part for my oven a few days before Christmas, went above and beyond. Would highly recommended.

Robert came out to repair our tumble dryer within a day of my call. It wasnt a straight forward job, but he got the necessary parts and returned the next day, keeping me updated along the way. Lovely guy and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more and have already referred to a friend.

Bob was absolutely spot on for price and service - couldn’t fault him at all, really sound guy and fixed the washer no fault! Will absolutely use again and recommend to others!
