Hired a large unit for a few months for a house move. The staff were clear & transparent from the outset what the costs were which we found very competitive. Nothing was a problem & the staff were very polite, helpful & informative. Thanks very much to Meg, Vicky & Faisal !! Would definitely recommend storage king & use their services again.

Our storage King experience was nothing less than excellent. We were we taken care of by Faz, who showed us kindness gave us clarity and delivered well, alongside their lovely colleague. They truly work well as a team. Resulting in a great customer experience for a daughter and father, who shall become returning customers.

I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, staff was professional, courteous, and eager to assist with all my storage needs.

Highly recommend this facility. Staff are friendly, units are really reasonably priced. It’s been spotless every time I’ve visited. Access is easy. My only recommendation would be slightly longer opening hours, however, they did mention if there was ever a time I’d need access outside of hours to let them know and they would accommodate where possible, which is really helpful. Definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and tidy and we found it quite easy to access our belongings when needed. Thanks everyone at Wakefield self storage.

I was amazed in the place. New building and all the facilities are high tech especially you can control all the gates and locks through the app. It is very safe and secured place. Murry is the man in this place, his customer service is outstanding and he is very helpful. I hope they pay him well, if not he needs a rise????

I had a unit there for about 4 months, and it was nothing but flawless. The security that comes with the unit and having to access everything via the app is great. Provided me comfort that anything I stored in there would be secure. Customer service was always great as well. I would highly recommend.

Murry was absolutely fantastic today. Helped me out and did everything needed. Fantastic service every time from him! A credit to your company.
