WALTON MANOR REVIEWS

As soon as you enter into Walton Manor there's a wonderful happy feeling that makes you instantly feel welcome. The team are so warm and friendly and there's a connection that they have to care for their residents and their families that's just so natural and filled with love. Residents mill around the shared spaces happily chatting together and enjoying the activities on offer! The grounds are outstanding - an incredible purple beech tree with a garden seat that runs around it and a mature garden that's safe for residents to explore. I was lucky enough to spend time with Ben, who showed me around the home and with Jayne responsible for activities - both are exceptional people devoted to caring for their residents in a way that you or I might care for our own family! Helen, Home Manager is lovely and together they create a wonderful vibrant and loving place to call home. Throughout my work within care homes, this is one home that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my own family x.

I have visit Walton Manor Care Home every two weeks with my Therapy Dog Mac for well over a year now. During our visits I've found, without exception, all of the staff caring, kind and attentive. An abundance of activities that are relatable is a typical day for this team with an activity coordinator on hand delivering various entertainment for the residents. The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated set in mature grounds that are stunning. I'm always welcomed with a smile and find the visits rewarding for both the residents, staff and my dog Mac.

The management team and the rest of the staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a great partnership and looking forward to working with you further.

EARLS LODGE CARE HOME REVIEWS

Since last October my mum has been a resident here. She has gained weight since coming here. All the staff go above and beyond to help my mum. Alarms are dealt with very swiftly. Loves all the activities from the singers to coffee mornings to nails done. The rooms are very tidy. Mum loves the cat therapy. The management are extremely helpful and all the staff are stars. Everyone of the service users and staff and residents family's are all like one big extended family. I wouldn't want my mum anywhere else.

The staff are all very helpful and caring. I was made very welcome on arrival. Earls Lodge is very clean and tidy the meals are very good and the food is served hot. the room is very clean and uncluttered. An airflow mattress was in situ on arrival and an airflow cushion for the chair.

The home was lovely and clean warm friendly staff. My mother-in-law, although dementia, as well set in now. Was well cared for clean and seemed happy provided with good food. Good quality of care. Regular activities.

SNAPETHORPE HALL REVIEWS

My husband became a resident of Snapethorpe Care Home in March 2024. After a Rocky start, I'm pleased to say he has settled down! The home is spotlessly clean and all the staff are super friendly and helpful working long shifts. Good teamwork! Recently it was my husband's 90th birthday, what a fantastic party they put on for him, I couldn't thank them enough that expression 'a good time was had by all' certainly applied. I would recommend Snapethorpe Care Home.

My stay here was been excellent. All staff have been very caring and always on hand when required. I have no complaints at all.

Very good and the staff are excellent. The menus need updating. Everything else is very good.
