I talked to Maria Chacon and she is so incredibly friendly and service-oriented. I loved that she genuinely wanted to help me with a mortgage and scheduled a zoom call for me. I prefer a zoom call. I appreciate that haart is using modern tools. Maria accommodated all my needs and availability regarding my viewing and was patient even though my phone connection wasn’t the best. I really appreciate her help and kindness and especially patience.

We were contacted this morning by Charlotte, who was very patient whilst hectic family life unfurled whilst on the phone. She listened to and answered any questions we had about the property, and swiftly provided documents and videos files to look over at our leisure. Very impressed with the attention to detail and ease of communication. Thank you.

Jamie did an excellent job of keeping me up to date throughout the process of arranging a rental - he was always quick to respond to my questions and very enjoyable to deal with. The process was easy and stress-free, and I'm now happily in my new home.

Agent Jack Eade and his colleagues were fabulous in getting my house on the market and finding new tenants. I was stressed with relocation to Asia BUT Jack was a star, he came to my property soon after I called, he took some photos and put on the Market in less than 2 hours. How amazing!!! They are efficient, understanding, easy to communicate and gave good advise. Also, I really like the Leaders' portal where I can find all the reports, statements, bills etc there and online. Highly recommend to seek for their services. Their outstanding services are extremely important to me who resides outside of UK. Thank-you Jack and Maddy.
