We have had excellent service from Martin & Co from start to finish of our sale/letting process. Sarah was very friendly upon showing us around the property and answering our questions. During the sale/let part of the process, Joe was our agent and point of contact; for what can be quite a stressful process normally, Joe made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the process, he has been incredibly helpful in answering our questions promptly, supporting us through the process and keeping us updated at each stage. I would highly recommend Martin & Co - particularly Joe and Sarah - for a hassle free experience.

Very pleased with Martin & Co so far. What distinguishes them from other agents is that they make you feel like a human and like a cash machine. Eleanor Pettet was our agent and she was very professional and friendly, mediating our discussions with our landlord and ensuring we have all we need, even working outside of office hours to reply to us! We are still in the early days of our tenancy but so far Eleanor and the agency are superb.

Excellent service for setting up a new tenancy agreement. Anna Crane and Tyler Auld have to be commented for their professionalism, efficiency and great communication through out. Highly recommended. Very good service, nothing to complain. Honest and transparent communication, very responsive and understanding. Anna is a fantastic Property Manager. Would recommend. Renting with Martin and co was very straightforward and hassle free. Joe hood was my agent and made the process very smooth. He was very prompt in his responses and ready to help resolve any issues. We've just had a fantastic first time experience with HAART on finding us a house that meets our needs and timing in Cambridge. Most especially our agent, Jamie Canham, was fabulous in being proactive and flexible to meet our needs all the way. Thanks to you all. Although we ultimately decided to go with another property, Aaron was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process. For someone who has just started with haart, Aaron demonstrates a level of expertise and customer care that would make anyone feel comfortable and well-attended to. His proactive approach left a strong impression on us, and we would highly recommend .

Charlotte has been extremely supportive and helped make the process of moving to cambridge clear and smooth. She has been understanding and reassuring in making sure the house was fit for us to move into and her communication throughout this process has been brilliant. Definitely would recommend.

Jamie from haart was an absolute star. I had an exceptionally tight schedule for move in and he facilitated me moving in early which was such a massive help. The process for letting was relatively straight forward and I really enjoyed their online portal which allowed for me to keep track of the process. Altogether an excellent experience and do recommend.

Recently interacted with Jake Stearne regarding tenancy & it was really nice experience. The response to any query was prompt & all the relevant processes are clarified in details. Great working experience overall. A very pleasant rental experience, the agency's website and rental process are very professional. Amy is very grateful for responding to our emails in a timely and efficient manner every time. Have been signing a new rent agreement in Cambridge recently. Experience with Leaders was positive, process is well organised, clear and transparent. Katie and Tia were very helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated.

The Cambridge rental market is very difficult at the moment, but Amy really put an extra effort to show us various options, and After several tries and offer placements, Amy finally helped us secure a great property for me and my brother .
