Andy came and swept two of our chimneys, kindly fitting us in at short notice when we were having trouble. He was friendly and efficient, sorted out our problem (which turned out to be a live pigeon stuck too far up the chimney for us to see!) and left our house spotless.

Very professional chimney sweep with vast knowledge and experience - highly recommended.

Excellent service. I needed to have a chimney capped and the concrete flaunch around the chimney pipe replaced. It was slightly tricky work because the chimney is hard to reach (one ladder required to roof, then 2 more up and over it). Steven did the work with absolutely minimum fuss and gave very helpful explanations about the work involved (including footage of chimney via a live camera feed!). The cost of both jobs was reasonable and well within the quotation. I would definitely use Steven again.

Fantastic service by will and his guys nothing was to much trouble install was fantastic these guys really know there stuff work was clean and tidy Will keep us updated from placing the order to install if your thinking about a log burner in your home then Will and his team are the best.

Excellent... from the advice and planning stage (the showroom is worth a visit) through to a really professional hearth replacement and install of a Woodwarm stove completed exactly on time and budget. Highly recommended.

We bought a beautiful woodburner from Thaxted Stoves. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the initial chat in the show room through to assessment and installation. Would highly recommend!

She tried to talk me out of booking the expensive service - how often do you see that happen? I went for that anyway due to my circumstances. James was punctual, polite and efficient, as pleasant as you could wish for. Recommended.

Really excellent service from start to finish. Thorough job and left everything perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend to all. Also very helpful info and explanations before the appointment.
