Professional, competent, helpful, and friendly. I was kept informed at all stages, from initial phone enquiry, right through to completion of installation, which was completed within one day. The team of two explained what they would be doing, and then just got on with it. Currently my mobility and speed of movement are quite restricted (combination of recovery from kidney disease and taking steroids to facilitate recovery requiring frequent trips to the bathroom, where the windows were to be replaced). I explained this to the installation team; they were very understanding, saying they would keep out of my way. I also told them that I would be watching a live-stream of a friend’s funeral at 2:00pm, and they arranged their work so that would not be in the same room as I was while I was watching the funeral. Very thoughtful and considerate. A very professional job of installation, with good attention to detail, and always happy to answer any questions I had during the process. I would definitely recommend this company.
