From my first contact with the efficient admin manager, to the effective communication about how and when the survey will be conducted, including when to expect the survey report. I found the organisation very thorough, timely responsive to communication and very professional. This group of survivors are excellent and second to none. I really appreciate their good work and have already recommended them to others.
