From our visit to the showroom through to installation, we have been so impressed by Floor Coverings. Staff in the showroom and on the home visit were thoroughly knowledgeable and gave us pretty accurate estimates of what the flooring and installation would cost. The team did a great job of fitting in our installation to fit our schedule, and when installation happened, we were so impressed by the speed and the attention to detail of the team who came to our home. Friends and family have also commented on the quality of their work and pointed out particular elements, such as around the foot of the stairs, where their craftsmanship was clearly demonstrated.

I have been a customer of Floor Coverings for many years and they are always the first place that I go if I need anything flooring related. The service that they provide is always excellent from measuring and quoting, right through to fitting and aftersales. The advice that they give before buying is always fantastic too with a fantastic range of products to go and actually see and feel in their showroom.

Chesterton Carpets were fantastic, we couldn't have wished for a better service! I had old, ugly & uneven ceramic floor tiles throughout most of our downstairs rooms. Mick and Ben mixed and poured self-levelling compound over my old tiles to give us a new level floor base, then they returned the next day to lay patterned vinyl, which was laid perfectly, they even ensured that the patterns were aligned everywhere. It looks so nice! They arrived on time on both days, they were happy, helpful super respectful of my house and furniture. They were a pleasure to have around, we expected the new flooring process to be absolute chaos, but they made sure it was seamless. They gave advise on the durability of the vinyl we had opted for, and they even helped us carry our furniture and electrical appliances back afterwards. We also had carpets laid throughout the rest of the house a few months ago, I cannot remember the name of the lad who laid them, but he did a fab job too! I would definitely recommend Chesterton Carpet!

Needed carpets for the entire house to be changed. Albey came over to the house with the samples. A date was given and the fitters were in on the given date and completed the job neatly and professionally. And all the rubbish was collected and disposed. Extremely pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend.
