We had separate viewings with both Max and Ben who are both friendly and professional, viewings were booked quickly. No hard selling, let us view at our pace, asked us if we had any questions. Tim and Ben both helped with the solicitors when they were slow, Ben went out of his way to make sure forms were signed by the sellers taking the forms directly to the two different named sellers. They were a great help to get the sale completed. As first time buyers they answered every question and listened when I had my anxious moments, they always made me feel comfortable no question felt like a silly question. Excellent service.

Sophie P has been amazing in managing the property I am renting out. She has been quick to inform me of a recent issues and liaised with the tenant and contractors to find a solution. She has kept me updated throughout the process and it has now been resolved. As a new landlord, having that support and communication with the estate agent is great! 5 star service.

Rarely head into the actual office, but regularly deal with the team over the phone. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, if they can't help personally they quickly find answers or hand you to the correct person. Have been dealing with Harriet Spittle recently and she is always polite, friendly and ready to help. I have had a flat managed by this branch of Taylors for many years now and would definitely recommend.

We have been landlords for some time, dealing with a number of different agencies over the years - and we have never had such a brilliant experience as dealing with Harriet and James at Taylors. They have been consistently enthusiastic, energetic, immediately responsive and extremely professional. We couldn’t be in better hands.
