After 3+ summers sweating in my converted garage home office I finally took the plunge into researching Air Conditioning solutions. I reached out to a few companies and placed a ‘Bark’ request to which James responded promptly. We discussed my needs and he promptly sent a quote with 3 Unit options…. I had about 4 quotes in total and Sub-Zero was by far the most competitive! After a site visit I bit the bullet and committed to getting the work completed by Sub-Zero and I have Zero regrets! From first contact (4th May) the job was done and dusted, installation completed by lunchtime 21st May (just in time for the rain! Lol)…

James and his team were absolutely brilliant with our domestic install. Communication was very prompt right from the start and a friendly service. James even did the site visit himself. The two men who completed the install were very friendly and knowledgeable. They double checked we were happy with everything before they did it and cleared away all the mess. I would highly recommend Sub-Zero as their whole team was excellent from start to finish. Thanks again, Nick.
