We contacted numerous surveyors, half of them didn’t even bother to reply to our emails. Elliot was down to earth, told us exactly what we needed to do & his team booked our survey within a matter of days. The report we received afterwards was comprehensive but easy to understand & was received in a week from the survey taking place. We had a follow up call the next day to discuss any issues. Superb, superb service. Before choosing Elliot and Hill their website outines and shows what to expect in their survey report. Any time I had any questions I always had a prompt reply. The report is very clear and written in very easy to understand terms along with good photos. This gave me a very good understanding of the condiiton of the property I'm buying, highlighting potential areas for concern, a list of documents to chase, things for me to do, and a follow up call to discuss any questions!
