I would say communication is key with agents and solicitors when selling houses. This would apply 100% for the team here. I would highly reccomend.

Where to start! One of the ladies at Tate & Co has been outstanding and that lady is Chloe. For the last 4 months she has been phoning, emailing, following up, checking, phoning again, emailing everyone in the very long chain and offering reassurance. Tate is not even my estate agent but I wish it had been. We have just exchanged today and I am positive we would not have got to this stage after all the delays and problems if it had not been for Chloe. What an amazing and very conscientious lady.
