I cannot recommend highly enough CS-Building. We were on a very tight budget to replace our conservatory with an extension with kitchen inbuilt and shopped around and compared reviews. We absolutely made the right choice. We had no idea who to choose to do the work and just based it on other reviews and the nature and amount of the quotes we received. Apart from being the cheapest quote (and great comments that we had read from others), Craig works to extremely high standards, paying particular attention to detail, no 'bodge jobs'. He is totally focused, professional, reliable and fast; the entire project was finished in 4-5 weeks including disposing of the old conservatory and digging out, and with not a single snag or irritating issue. Craig and his team, Mal, Danny and Reece are all extremely hard-working and very polite individuals who work seamlessly as a team. Craig does his utmost to ensure minimal disruption in difficult circumstances - even resurrecting an outside sink for us to use during the project which was a Godsend. We were very relieved that the price we were given was the price we paid; no hidden extras or nasty surprises. Craig arranged everything including the various tradesmen necessary to complete the project: plumber, electrician and kitchen fitter - all of whom were also absolutely first class in their own professions and equally as highly recommended, and the project ran like clockwork thanks to Craig's very tight management. We have been so very impressed with these exceptional builders and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently engaged Craig to partially convert a single skin detached garage into a home office. Craig advised us on the best way to approach the project and provided a comprehensive and clear quote including everything needed. Craig started work on time, was punctual, and did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. The work has surpassed our expectations and is of a very high standard. Craig is a very good builder.

It took Craig, Danny and Mal just 9 days to complete our garage conversion which included installing a downstairs cloakroom. It was completed on time and to budget. The attention to detail with their work was nothing short of superb. We are absolutely delighted with the finished outcome. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jones construction have done much work for me over 10 years renovating an 1895 farm house. This included upgrading the floor of the barn to living standards , putting in double glazing, insulating the walls and ceiling plus putting in studding for rooms. Most insulation was internal to maintain external character although they used external insulation on one wall to allow a feature stone wall inside. I am now having the main house retrofitted with internal insulation and glazing maintaining the period character. I am very pleased with all their work. I love the fact that they allow me to plan and progress as money allows and support me finding specialists needed and fitting them into the build.

Carl and Leo did an amazing job knocking our kitchen and dining room into one. They were very professional, lovely people and very efficient. They made sure to communicate everything to us. We would highly recommend the father and son duo.
