TOP 3 SWIFT HOME SURVEYS AND VALUATIONS LTD. REVIEWS

Highly recommended. Rang less than a week ago and for a small extra charge Matthew carried out the survey on Saturday morning and I had a very detailed Level 2 report with 365 photos covering all aspects of the survey by Saturday evening so I am ready to proceed first thing Monday. The survey itself is very very thorough and is written in plain English, explaining anything a layman might not understand in a clear way. Very happy with the service provided and will definitely use Swift again if I ever need another survey done.

Just had survey done by Mathew whitehurst which was sent to me same day. A very thorough report and plenty of photos to help identify all aspects of the survey. Very quick to respond to any enquiries or phone calls. Definitely recommend.

I used CharterHouse surveyors for a full structural survey for the purchase of an older property.
