Wepre Villa Homecare are wonderful, Kate the care manager and the Carers' are amazing. The support and assistance we've received has been exceptional. We certainly value their support and their ability to adapt quickly to ever changing requirements has been very reassuring. Any queries whether sent through an email or during a phone call have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Kate the Care Manager. She is very quick to respond with support and advice and looks at the entire situation as whole, to see what is possible to provide the best outcome. The team of Carers that we see are caring, polite, helpful and hard working. They have gone above and beyond during the bad weather snow and ice they walked to the house when they couldn't reach us by car. We wouldn't be without them.

I would like to leave a review for Wepre Villa Home Care. Both my parents are in poor health and in their late 80s. This company have provided outstanding support so that my parents can stay in their own home and the care staff have been wonderful. It is a considerable strain to manage parents in very poor health and to know that this outstanding care team is providing a high level of support is very reassuring. Not just this, but the care team in the office have contributed significantly to this high level of support. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always on hand to offer advice/support and to set up the package at very short notice was a god-send. Also helping my parents transition out of hospital (by liaising directly with other stake holders) took a great deal of strain away from the family. I will not name one individual because the whole care team deserves great credit - I can not thank you enough and look forward to working with your care group for many years to keep my parents safe and well.

When all was lost and my mother's care company gave notice of my mum's care, Verytas stepped in like superheroes. Caring for those with dementia is not an easy task, but every day they came in full of high spirits to my mum's home and gave the very best care to my mum to the very end. When I rang with an enquiry, to make a change or ask something extra of them, they were always helpful and I felt went above and beyond the call of duty. I knew all the staff really well and each one of them had a wonderful nature about them. In a really difficult time, Verytas really made a difference in mine and my mum's life. I'm forever grateful.

From start until finish, the care my mother had was perfect. Every member of care staff treated my mum so well and she got to stay at home where she wanted to be. When mums needs changed they bent over backwards to make those changes. Mum ended up in 24 hour care but years later than we ever imagined, thanks to Verytas.
