Best ever fish & chips in my opinion. I have a small appetite and the portion is just right. Always fresh food with great staff.

The Fish Factory has to be one of the best if not the best Fish and Chip shops that I've ever used and tastes. I had a simple jumbo sausage and chips with a Chinese curry which tasted absolutely amazing. The jumbo sausage has to be the biggest of sausages that I've ever seen. Reasonably priced and very helpful and friendly staff. I'd certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Amazing place, first time visiting on a recommendation. Cooked to order so fresh and hot. Quality outstanding and so friendly and so so recommended. The best fish and chips I have ever had.

I recently tried the fish and chips at this local shop, and I must say, it's a hidden gem. The batter was perfectly crispy, the fish was flaky, and the chips were golden and delicious. The portion size was generous, and the staff was friendly. A top-notch spot for a classic British meal.

Great food, been here a few times, this was the chicken curry half/half rice and chip, plain sauage and savloy. Shared with the Wife both more than happy. Very good value for money too.

The Mr wanted to stop over here otw back to Cardiff because no trip to UK would be complete without fish and chips. Ship deck has been crowned the best takeaway chippy in the country for 2024 and we were not disappointed! The Mr ordered the signature cod with chips, tartar sauce and mushy peas. We were served a generous portion of fish with well seasoned batter. The chips were thick cut and very well seasoned too! Very very good! The friendly crew was great too and that definitely made the whole experience even better. Def recommend!- another plus point, they use sustainably caught fish and recyclable packaging. They have outdoor seating for those who wish to “dine in”.

It’s clear they use fresh ingredients and have perfected their recipe. The Seafood Box is another standout, offering a delightful variety of the freshest seafood, cooked to perfection! Highly recommend Express Takeaway to anyone looking for top-notch Fish and Chips, excellent seafood. Will definitely be coming back.

Really good chips, which I enjoy with Chinese curry. I ordered a garlic mayo wrap and it was really good! Crispy chicken and made to order, didn't take long either.
