I think, this is the best fish and chips I've ever had, since in the UK for 3 months. Because the Fish is not just salty, but also milky. So, it does not depend on the flour, but the fish itself is tasty. Plus, the hot curry is crazy delicious. A European and Indian blend, it perfectly works! They made it with heart. Here, you have to do the take away, they don't provide dine in seats. But, that's not a big deal, once u step out of the store, there're some seats that help you eat fish and chips while getting wondered by the old town of West Kirby in front of you. Mesmerizing.

My second time in West Kirby and The Marigolds. I order Large Fish and Chip meal with gravy sauce. Absolutely satisfied The fish is as the name says, it’s large and reasonable with the price, and the battle is perfect, not greasy and goes well with the fish. The gravy sauce is also amazing, honestly I don’t really enjoy fish and chip with gravy, but I must say the gravy here is brilliant: thick and delicious. It’s so good that I can finish its whole cup. If I visit West Kirby again, I will surely come back.

I was recommended to try this place. It didn’t disappoint. Only ordered Fish & Chips but not as a meal deal. Couldn’t fault the taste, they were spot on. I was quickly served and no issues with waiting. Will definitely go back again the next time I’m in West Kirby.

Best fish and chips I have had. The fish was fresh and the batter had a great crunch to it. Chips were cooked to a perfect brown. I have never seen a chip shop so clean, it sparkled. Such pride from all the staff. Thank you.

Amazing haddock & chips, cooked fresh and to perfection. Kids enjoyed their kid box meal and my husband loved his burger. Plentiful and reasonably priced. Great staff and the place is spotless.

Travelled from birkenhead as the reviews were so good. BEST FISH N CHIPS - EVER. Not one bad chip. Fish batter golden and crunchy. Will only visit here now.

By far the best chippy in the area and trust me there are a few. Quality of the food is outstanding, portion size puts London chippys to shame as with the price and a really friendly team working behind the counter. I could eat from this chippy everyday when I'm home. In fact I almost did.

This is one of the best chip shops in wirral and Merseyside it's owned by Peter the owner of lucky star in brassy street in Birkenhead so if you live by pensby arrow park Heswall this is the chippy for you.

Lovely fresh hot food! I highly recommend the chicken fried rice and the potato scallops are to die for. Fast friendly service is always a bonus too.
