PINA LOCA MEXICAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS

This was the second time we've been but we didn't recall just how good/ authentic/ layered the flavours were. There was an American Mexican-food lover in our party and they were very happy. The menu was explained with the portion size and we liked that . We went with the luncheon special of three plates (of two tacos each) of fish, pork and chicken. This was enough and (for us) we only needed a light tea that night. The fish tacos were crispy and lightly battered but with a nice amount of Mexican seasoning and the pulled pork was amazing -marinated, seasoned, with Mexican pink pickled onions. Chicken was amazing as well -the favourite of my partner. Will definitely visit again.

Honestly such a Wirral Gem! Amazing amazing amazing Mexican food. Have been here on multiple occasions and in big groups. Food quality is consistently good. Super friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommended the fish tacos, nachos and quesadillas!

Best Mexican on Wirral by far. Love the tacos here, as you'd expect, but absolutely do not sleep on the mango habanero wings. Top stuff.

Lovely service from the staff! Our food was absolutely amazing! For starters we had halloumi, chicken wings, calamari and fried jalapeños all were fresh tender and so tasty. Then for mains we had chicken and beef burritos, steak and grilled chicken and they were perfect we all finished everything! And chocolate brownies with ice cream for dessert, truly delicious, we all would highly recommend this restaurant, it has great food for everyone! And great prices for such high quality food too!!

The food from here is stunning. Cannot fault it. We always order for delivery and never have any issues. Will definitely need to book a table one time and experience the restaurant experience.

Really lovely place, very warm and welcoming staff and excellent food. Such big portions and very well priced. I’ve recommend the quesadillas the chilli bowl.

We order from here time to time. Always heavy scran. Reason I’m reviewing is because today we ordered a big order and one of the things was accidentally forgotten but we didn’t actually realise. Before we realised the delivery guy was already at the door with the missed item and a complimentary bottle of lemonade. And the food was great as always.

Just moved to the area and didn't want to drive for food. This hidden gem of a restaurant is very welcoming, quirky interior and most importantly.. the food was tasty as hell. So glad this place is on my doorstep as i will be going here multiple times in the future.

First time visiting and I’ll definitely be back again. The food was lovely and full of flavour. The staff were really welcoming and full of smiles. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.
