A good sign to me that the fish n chips are good is people waiting for their food order. There were 5 people waiting when we doind this fish shop that is out of our area, and it didn't disappoint. The fish was everybit fresh, crispy and firm and best of all. There was a slice a lemon to go with it. The chips looked very crunchy and they were cooked to perfection. Well worth the wait for fresh take away. Highly recommended.

Great fish and chips, cooked while we waited, kebabs looked good and freshly made, best in Wokingham.

WAI WAI HOUSE FISH AND CHIPS REVIEWS

Great fish and chips from Wai Wai House cooked freshly to order with cheerful and friendly service. A good size piece of cod cooked perfectly in a nice thin crisp batter and the chips were also cooked just right bring nice and crisp rather than soft and soggy. The food was well wrapped in paper and a paper bag so it stayed hot and the batter and chips retained their crunch. Cod, small chips and mushy peas cost £12.10. Highly recommended and worth going out of your way for.

I had to write this review, last night we had the best fish and chips I’ve had in ages. I stopped eating them because the fish would be too greasy and the chips over fried and more like crisps and just generally disappointing. Last night however Wai Wai fish and chips was delicious! We had two haddock and a large chips. The fish was fresh and the batter was light, the chips were cooked perfectly and tasty. Large chips was enough for two easily and my husband doesn’t like to go short! I definitely recommend for a fish and chip dinner! Also, they now take card payments, they used to only take cash, so that’s an added bonus.

Finally a decent fish and chip shop that I am happy to write good things about. You are greeted by a friendly welcome. The quality of the fish is superb and the batter isn’t too thick, crunchy or sickly. The curry sauce is the best I have ever tasted. It was that good… I came back for breakfast the next day! Thank you Sai’s.

This is the best fish and chips shop in wokingham, it's fresh and taste great. Service is always 5 star and quick. Couldn't recommend it enough.
