When I contacted Mark Shaw Funeral Services regarding my dad, Kris dealt with everything from start to finish with such compassion, care, professionalism and knowledge. His guidance every step of the way was second to none. Fast forward 2 months later when we were hit with yet more sad news, again, he dealt with Rosemary's funeral arrangements exceptionally. I speak on behalf of myself, Jamie and Maria when I say that we can't thank you enough for the help and support you provided us with. Mark Shaw funeral services was no stranger to me as I had dealt with Mark when my mum had passed away many years ago and his service was excellent hence the reason I contacted you again when dad passed away. Gordon & Watsons recently organised the funeral for a family member. I can’t find the correct words to describe the most caring and professional service I received from this company. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a funeral which was somewhat different and they delivered every aspect of our requests to the full. Having little experience in dealing with funeral arrangements, we contacted Gordon & Watson Undertakers, in Banchory, to assist us in organising everything for our mum’s funeral.
