LAURELS LODGE CARE HOME REVIEWS

It is always hard when a family member has to go into permanent care but the staff and management at Laurels Lodge Care Home have made this process as painless as possible for all family members and most importantly for my mother-in-law. They have shown kindness and care to her since she arrived even when she has been quite difficult to manage. This has made it easier on all of us but in particular her husband.

Staff are amazing with residents, my dad lives there and he is difficult at times, but the staff deal with him professionally. The staff really get the residents involved in all the entertainment, my dad loves dancing and singing staff are always there to have a dance with him. Thank you all for your kindness, you have one of the hardest jobs.

I am so happy with Laurels Lodge Care Home. My dad has been there for over 2 years. He is so happy there. Well looked after. The management and staff are so lovely and their hearts are in the work that they are doing. Well done.

MARYFIELD WEST CARE HOME REVIEWS

A lovely Residential Carehome in a very good area of the city. It’s a 25 rooms residential home for the elderly with great en-suite rooms. A front accessible area with a car park and access to the major road. Also has a rear entrance and exit with a very large car parking area. It’s wheelchair accessible entrance. It’s got the best well trained staffs you can find anywhere (quote me on this) with a warm homely and welcoming atmosphere. Lots of engaging activities that cater for the social, physical, and mental wellbeing of its residents and staffs. Everything about Maryfield West care home feels like a family. Don’t be in Aberdeen without a visit. Thank me later.

I have recently been viewing homes in the area for a friend of the family and was very impressed by both brighterkind homes in the area, both clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.

Having visited the care home, I found the staff to be very professional, polite and always courteous each visit. I am made to feel welcome and can see the level of care given to clients.

Mum has been at Hamewith Lodge for more than two years and has a good rapport with the staff. The staff are kind, caring and very helpful. They are very prompt in dealing with any issues or requests. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We are very happy with the care Mum receives at Hamewith Lodge.
