Needed access to my car as had lost my only set of keys. Called John on Monday morning & he arrived within 2 hours. John provided me with a pass key as a spare as well as a full electronic replacement key. I was quoted a more-than-fair price & was hugely impressed by the professionalism of the service. Highly recommended!

John was fabulous. Called him regarding my lock issue. He came when he said he would, fixed the lock and made the additional keys we required from the machine in his van. Excellent service. Would defiantly recommend him. Thank you John.

John got in touch fairly quickly once I called his number, was a breeze to coordinate a visit and was well prepared for what turned out to be an internal issue in the mechanism. He also carries some spares which means he does not need to come back another day. Very pleasant as well

Mark of Lockfast Security did a fantastic job of replacing our intercom system and the handsets in each flat. His communication was great from quote stage, getting parts ordered to getting the system installed. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and he couldn’t have been more accommodating, especially when trying to coordinate six flats! Jess, Graham, and Nam were quick to respond to my call even though they were all away. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received and at a very reasonable price. It was like my own personal auto locksmith. Thank you very much for your help on getting me back into my car.

Brilliant service from Dr Lock Aberdeen, replacing our faulty Renault key card. Super friendly and knowledgable and they were able to do it the same day we called. These guys saved us a fortune compared to the price we were quoted from the Renault dealer.
