I cannot thank John and the team at Joseph Potts Bellshill for the care and compassion shown to me and Allan's family when my partner passed away. From the initial visit right up to the ceremony itself, nothing was too much trouble. What made Allan's Celebration of Life particularly special was the Celebrant, Alicia Reid, who captured Allan's personality with warmth and great humour. Everyone commented on how she managed to turn something really sad into a real celebration of Allan's life in a way which was meaningful and dignified. Overall, I would recommend John and his team for their sensitivity and professionalism at a most difficult time.

Fiona was brilliant from start to finish. She explained all the options available to us and gave us time to decide what we wanted. After that Fiona took care of everything, taking a massive weight off of our shoulders. Fiona was always available to answer any questions or to make changes to the arrangements. The funeral itself was beautifully organised and ran smoothly allowing us to fully celebrate our Mother's life.

John and his team were excellent. John guided us through the process from start to finish and mum got the send off she wanted. Highly recommended.
