Great to see staff enjoying being in their work, singing and dancing to the Christmas music with the residents. Families getting made cups of tea with cakes even when the cafe closed for parties. Going over and beyond what is asked of them. Taking their time and explaining to the residents when they are feeling vulnerable. Thank you.

Fantastic retirement flats. The staff on-site are extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds and internal public spaces are well maintained.

I delivered meds for Dicksons Pharmacy, the resident's look very happy and staff are very helpful.

Lovely wee place , very friendly staff and all residents looked after well.

From my mother entering the care home our stress levels have greatly reduced. We are no longer having to deal with a wide variety of individuals and continually feel guilty. The staff at the care home are all very pleasant and caring and all complete the role they are expected to. They treat my mother with dignity and respect and work in what only can be called a challenging environment. Everyone is so supportive.

On the first visit, I wasn't sure of the home but once my wife moved into the home, the staff were excellent and she has settled well. Some of the areas in the home need updating. Overall happy with the staff and care provided.

Nice friendly staff and most residents are happy with how they are treated. Covid means they need a resident hairdresser.
