STORAGE VAULT COATBRIDGE REVIEWS

This is our second container rental from the Coatbridge site and I am glad to say that we received the same excellent service as previously. Cara, Stephanie and Kirsty from Coatbridge and Mariam from Motherwell have been so helpful and efficient, as well as friendly and polite...it is always a pleasure speaking to them. The high standards regarding all paperwork and security give us peace of mind and the quality of our container means our property is safe. All in all I give them 5 stars.

Molly and Cara were so efficient from the first phone call and setting up our storage facility and access quickly. We didn't require it any longer and were just as helpful and pleasant when we put our notice in. Good parking, clean and easy to use. Definitely use again and would recommend.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Very smooth process and experience. Would highly recommend.

Great company. Not just forgotten about. They've kept in touch with me throughout and been so helpful when I've needed access to my container. Nothing has been a problem and everyone there has been so helpful. If anyone is looking for storage facilities do not hesitate to give these guys a shout.

Can't thank David and his dad enough for arranging storage for us at such short notice. Nothing is too much hassle for these guys, a true family business who above and beyond. We continue to recommend these guys to friends, family & anyone who needs storage.

I cannot fault SAS, i have been storing household items with them for over a year, David is very proffesional, friendly and will do anything to help. Would highly recommend them.

We have been using Store Safe in Coatbridge for a little over a year now. The customer service is always 1st class. Due to my work i can only be at my unit "after hours" and at weekends. There is always a member of the team there to assist with our requirements. In all the time we've used Store Safe we have never heard them say "no!". Nothing is ever too much. They always have a can do attitude. The units are very well maintained, dry and secure. Regardless of size or term of hire, they will find a solution to your storage needs. Yes there are other storage companies close by, but you'll be extremely hard pushed to find any that can even match the level of customer service and cost effectiveness of the units Store Safe can offer. I've been safely storing my work essentials at Storesafe (Whifflet, Coatbridge) for approximately 13 years now. The storage container used is in excellent, as new condition and is regularly checked to maintain the high standards set out by the owner Stephen and also expected by myself. Recently, I had need for more storage space and required a second unit. Upon request of a second unit, not only did Stephen precure me one but he also gave me the choice to move so I could have two adjoining containers. I chose the latter and with that, Stephen and his staff helped me move to my new containers and within 48 hours, I was moved in, set up and ready to go. The hands-on, professional service is second to none. I can't recommend Storesafe enough.

Great prices...great chap to deal with, Friendly service and ideal low cost self storage.
